New Clients
Please arrive 10 minutes early to relax and fill out a client intake form. You may also print out the client intake form and have it filled out prior to your appointment.
Payment
Payment must be made by cash, check or Visa/MasterCard.
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, a 24-hour notice is required. No-shows or same day cancellations will be charged full price for the scheduled service.
Late Arrivals
Late arrival may lead to a shortened session; however, you will be billed full price for the scheduled service.
Draping
Draping is required for all sessions.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are valid for one year and are non-refundable.
Returned Checks
A $30 fee will be assessed for returned checks
